Welcome to Eat Student

What is eatstudent.co.uk?
eatstudent.co.uk is a website which allows uni students to find local takeaway restaurants & order from them online. It's quick and easy. So easy that you could do it with your eyes closed. In fact, go on, we dare you - do it with your eyes closed. (eatstudent cannot be held responsible for any double seafood pizzas ordered whilst customers' eyes are closed.) If you're a student and you like takeaway and delivery food, then this is the place to get it (the clue is in the name).
Do I have to register?
No, you don't. You can place an order without registering. But it's also really quick & easy to register - we won't spam you, plus you get access to some cool features only for registered users. These include saving your favourite takeaway dishes, keeping track of your past delivery orders and checking out without needing to refill your details (in other words you get your pizza delivered quicker).
Is it free to use?
Yes it is. Not only is our service free to use, but we've negotiated exclusive deals with many of our partner restaurants, so our site is often cheaper than using paper menus. Of course, you can always pay our optional £1000 a week subscription fee. This entitles you to a free lollipop.
How do I know the restaurant will get my order?
We check that each & every order has reached the restaurant. We use the latest technology, plus we have real, live humans monitoring the website every second that restaurants are open (yes, even at 4am in the morning!) We've not yet had a single lost or late order (November 09 - wahey!), so rest assured that if you order a double pepperoni explosion pizza, you will be eating that double pepperoni explosion pizza! See this article for more details.
Can I pay by cash and by card?
Yes, you can pay by either cash or card. Pay by cash either on collection or delivery or pay online though our mega-secure online payment system. Ok, fine, it's Paypal's system really, but we're claiming it.

Where can I order from?
Eatstudent.co.uk allows students to order takeaway online from some of the big university towns. If you go to Leeds University, Nottingham University, Manchester University, or Brunel University you can order from a selection of hand-picked takeaway restaurants that we feel best service the student delivery & takeaway market. These include Chinese takeaways, pizza delivery and takeaway restaurants, fast food outlets, Indian restaurants and far more. We are also coming very soon to Manchester University. What kind of food can I order?
Where do we start?! There's a huge range of restaurarants and takeaways on www.eatstudent.co.uk from which you can order online. Whether you go to University in Nottingham, Leeds, Manchester or Brunel you'll be able to order online, for delivery or collection, from pizza places, Chinese resturants, Indian restaurants & more. So whether you want to order a Hawaiian Pizza for delivery, or maybe some sweet & sour chicken, perhaps a spicy vindaloo, we can help.

Wow, it's the end of the academic year already! Have a great summer, and we'll see you (well, most of you) next term! Please note that some of our restaurants are closed/close earlier during the summer holidays.

Our monitors are standing by (actually sitting) and ready to assist you if needed!
