"We ordered the Pizza. Two hours later it still hadn't come. We phoned about 3 times, each time Mario's promised it was on the way, but it never turned up. The delivery boy claimed to not know where Beeston was. Beeston is a prime student area in Nottingham. How one could not know where Beeston is goes beyond me. Each time we spoke on the phone the guy was rude and unfriendly. We gave the guy directions which he could not comprehend. In the end, really late we had to go elsewhere to order food. We will never order from you again. You don't even deserve one star. Ps. We're still waiting for the delivery. It's now been 25 hours. It better come soon."
