"They charged us, took our money and then said that there wasn't any tuna!???? They tried to give us prawns instead which is obviously a lot cheaper than tuna, what we had paid for. They called us before we collected it and didn't even mention it at this stage - poor customer service. "

"Wasn't impressed. Delivery guys were abrupt and a bit rude, and the rice was very dry. Will give this place the benefit of the doubt and try it for the sushi in the future, but I wasn't impressed with the meal. (I had unagi bento box). "

"The food was great but beware of things like the prawn tempura maki (you only get 2 pieces for 3 quid) Delivery took over an hour and the receipt quoted me more than it said online and they charged delivery which it also did not mention online (so it would have been cheaper to pay online instead). When my order came it was missing a couple of things so I had to ring back and wait another hour for it to be delivered. Good sushi though despite the extra charges and delivery hiccups. Also the wasabi had hardly any flavour, I used 3 packets and barely tasted it! I recommend buying your own if you are going to order from here."

"If I could give the delivery no stars that would be more accurate! The food, as always, was brilliant. The delivery guy is an idiot. This is the 4th time he has been to my house and he still refuses to bring the food to my door. He is rude, careless, quite intimidating and I think he really lets down an otherwise perfect take away service. The other delivery man is good and always delivers to my door. How come the other one can't? But it still should be said...FOOD GREAT!"

"Good food, but very dissatisfied with the delivery. IT took over 1hour. I was on the phone with the person delivering several times to explain where my place was. I waited outside in the cold for 5 minutes for him to arrive and tell me my postcode was wrong. Admittedly the address does not always show up correctly on the SatNav, but he had my directions. I would have expected an apology for making me stand outside in the cold at night, and certainly did not expect to be accused of getting my own postcode wrong!"

"The food was not particularly good considering the price. Nothing wrong with it as such, but I have had much better Sushi before. The wasabi and soy sauce they added was enough for about two pieces of the 8 I had ordererd. The ginger was dried out. Delivery and Timing was good. I would say that it is not worth the money."

"Delivery said 55mins on the website but the food came in about 40mins, which was quite fast. Food was nice. The japanese bento boxes were big portions and good value for money. Had no problems at all."

"Pretty average food. Rice didn't really taste quite right and the chicken in my bento box was very low quality but at least the portions were big. Delivery was also fairly late and the driver was pretty grumpy too!"

"The food from Sushi Inn was fresh and tasty. The portion sizes were excellent. Delivery came within the time it said it would. If you are a big sushi lover, then this isn't perhaps as good as Itsu/ Yo Sushi!/ Wasabi, Sushi and Bento however considering they deliver it to your door and that there aren't many sushi places in Nottingham - it certainly satiated my craving! "

"The sushi was very tasty- it all tasted fresh, and the portion sizes were very good. I was expecting portions which were much smaller in common with some high street sushi restaurants, but was very pleasantly surprised. My only quibble was with delivery. Not only did the driver not call me, as he was meant to (he texted me instead), but further added to the problems by not delivering the food to the normal collection point and not telling me either what vehicle to look for or his location. Finally, his manner was rude. So, would I recommend the Sushi Inn? In terms of food and its quality, absolutely, as long as you are prepared to potentially receive your order from an abbrasive delivery man."

"Its not authentic. Rice wasn't even Japanese. There is no way I will ever pay that much for some 'Japanese food' again. The tuna sushi that I ordered wasnt even fresh. Would not recommend anyone to have it. Even my mum could do better food than them. Service and delivery were the only up side."

"HUGE disappointment. the sushi rice was rock hard, cold, tasteless. the nigiri sushi's fish/rice ratio was unbelievably dissapointing. I don't know if this is the norm, but i'm from a place where there are 2 japanese restaurant per block and this does not even qualify for a japanese. thin, dry fish, disgusting kyu don (beef)
